Products catalog and Web orders
Temovo has developed a desktop solution for products catalog and web-sales management: SellMore Web.
Stores, dealers, agents and final customers will be able to view the catalog at any time from any device provided with a browser. They will also be able to insert an order or a sales offer and consult all the issued documents. SellMore Web is equipped with a CRM that allows full management of the sales process, from the aquisition of the order to its approval by the customer care.
Thanks to SellMore Web, product search is easy and intuitive. The subdivision of the catalog into merchandise category, with infinite levels and sublevels, filters and advanced research, allows a fast identification of the product. It is also possible to use full-text search to find products, using a specific word or sentence to get more precise and organized results based on the accuracy with the research, just like it happens with Google.
The user can adjust the research through new filters: the result will then change and it will be possible to save the search done in a folder to use it again when needed. SellMore Web manages several product configurators (size-color, automotive, etc.), seasons, unlimited variants and warehouse stock.
Multi-language and Multi-currency
SellMore Web is multi-language, multi-market and multi-currency: pages, contents and presentations can be seen in different languages and differentiated by market, company and currency. It is also very easy to add and see all the information depending on the selected market or language. The system manages unlimited customizable lists (discounts, promotions, …) and customer categories (special prices for a customer or group).
In order to better showcase your products, SellMore Web provides a product sheet full of images, photo gallery, descriptions, …. Furthermore, it is possible to customize it with all the essential information: from technical sheets, to PDF brochures, to videos.
Products can be marked as “Favorites” and saved in wish lists. The company can link products among themselves based on similar characteristics such as “similar to”, “includes”. In this way the user is guided from a product to one that is alike, based on rules defined by the company.
SellMore Web adapts easily to any device. Even on the smallest screens, it guarantees high readability, showing the most important information and allowing the user to see the other elements through easy buttons. On smartphones and on tablets, consultation is dynamic and fluid thanks to touch gestures that make the navigation efficient and intuitive.
Access management and visibility rules
SellMore Web manages all your organigram rules. It supports visibility rules defined on the basis of area of belonging or departments (group, dealer, manager area, agent, final customer etc.) and different access levels according to the user’s role (admin, sales director…). The different areas of belonging and users can then be associated with different markets, companies, language and currency. The portal contents can be autonomously managed, the admin can edit/add products, descriptions, images and other information at any time in an easy and safe way.
SellMore Web can be set up on Windows, Linux and Mac OS X, in standalone mode or in cloud.
The main cloud platforms supported are Amazon Web Services, Windows Azure, Google Cloud, and other smaller ones.
